I suppose they only show up in the dreams of worlds, not the dreams of individuals.

With how different things are from those games there might not be any sleeping worlds currently.

That did occur to me - things like Josi leading us to Paris before it could become a sleeping world. As wide-spread as the Refugees were for a while, we could very well have got all of them before the fact.
